Karella Soundproofing for Steel Dartboards

Darts produce a knocking sound when they hit the board. Neighbors and other people often find this knocking sound disturbing. To address this, Karella developed a solution together with soundproofing experts. Karella soundproofing demonstrably reduces noise when playing darts by more than 80%. This keeps the measured noise level below 30 dB and does not violate legally mandated nighttime quiet hours.

The two-part soundproofing system consists of a soundproofing core and a soundproofing ring. The Dartboard is mounted on the core, and the ring is simply placed over the core. This achieves almost complete decoupling from the wall. With this system, your dart will produce hardly any noise when it hits the board.

Thanks to its size of approximately 12 cm around the Dartboard, the soundproofing system is also ideal as a catch ring for your darts. This dual function makes the Karella soundproofing system even more effective. If required, a standard Surround can still be used over the soundproofing system.
