After your order you will receive an email with your invoice including our bank details. As soon as we have received your payment, we will ship your goods.

By default, the invoice is sent digitally by email. A paper version is not included for environmental reasons.

Yes, with a valid UID number outside Austria, tax-free delivery (intra-community purchase) is possible. Please contact us in advance.
Yes, we offer digital vouchers that you can print out or forward. You will find the vouchers HERE.
Our vouchers have no expiry date and can be redeemed at any time.
